Following breakfast, the driver and tour guide will pick you up from your hotel to start a transfer to Ban Na Village which is 80 km from Vientiane. Upon arrival, start the trek through the forest on trails. A picnic lunch will be served near the Houay Loung stream.
After a short relax, keep trekking to Elephant Observation Tower with 11m in height where we will spend the night. An early dinner will be prepared for us to have enough time to wait for the elephants in a quiet and listen to the sounds of the forest. We will have a wonderful chance to view wild elephants in their natural habitat from close range.
Overnight in Ban Na Village.
DAY 2 Ba Na Village - Wat Pra Bath Temple - Vientiane

In the morning, keep track with the elephants and hear them cracking the bamboo. After that, trek back to Ban Na village in which our lunch is served by the local restaurant. In the afternoon, learn how to weave bamboo baskets from the friendly villagers. Before coming back Vientiane city, stop to visit Wat Phabath Temple nearby where we can see a Buddha footprint, who is believed to have once crossed the Mekong here. We return to Vientiane in the late afternoon.

A great experience and a outstanding environment
– Great experience. The staff is super friendly and helpful.
– The elephants were awesome and you don’t feel like you are exploiting the misery of the elephants like in most other places
– Good food at the center
– Expect to sleep in little wooden huts with of course no AC and some bugs around but it’s really an experience to wake up in this magical place
 Yes, I recommend this exciting adventure.

The best adventure ever
– We had the opportunity to meet beautiful beings
– So impressed by the devoted team (lao and foreigners) and by the elephants living a peaceful life in the ECC
– The amazing landscape, the delicious meal, the detailed museum, the sharing moments with elephants
