Just send a reservation form or an email to our travel specialists with tour planned details: accommodation types, travel dates, length of trip and number of persons. Our sales will send to you the best quotation including the latest promotions and discounts from our suppliers.
Moreover, If you’ve travelled on two or more trips with Viet Prestige Travel, you will get loyalty discount with a 5% discount on your next booking. Dedicated travellers who have been on nine or more trips with Viet Prestige travel will receive a 10% discount on all subsequent bookings. Please note that for online bookings, loyalty discounts will be applied on your invoice and not at the booking stage.
What does the price include?
All prices (emails or brochures) are shown in final US dollar number and it includes all kind of taxes and service charge but it does not include bank fees of any transactions. All the bank fees will be paid by client’s side.
Please check carefully the inclusion and exclusion of services before booking. Inclusion and exclusion services will also be listed in our confirmation email or brochure.
Do I pay a full price for my children?
Kindly inform about your children’s age to our travel consultant, she or he will give you the exactly price to you in email or brochure.
– Children under 2 years old: Free of charge tour price/ sharing existing bed with parents, 10% Adult’s domestic airfare
– Children from 5 to 7 years old: 50% Adult’s tour price/ sharing existing bed with parents, 75% Adult’s domestic airfare
– Children from 7 to under 11 years old: 75% Adult’s tour price/ sharing existing bed with parents, 75% Adult’s domestic airfare
– Above 11 years old: Charged as adults
Be noted that kids’s price under 5 year old, ask our sales to more details. Definitely, your kids will be charged 75% for flight tickets.
Do we get cheaper price if more people in our tour?
When your party has more members, the price for per person will be reduced correspondingly. Because the fee of services (tour guides, transfers) will be shared equally.
How do I reserve a tour with you?

What is the booking process?
Step 1: Choose the tour
When you choose a tour on our website, please click “Inquiry This Tour” or “Tailor made tours” in the menu bar which takes you to our booking form or tailor made form.
* Step 2: Complete the booking form
Please enter all the information requested on the form. Click “Inquiry now” at the bottom of the page. If you want to inquiry another tour, you do steps 1 and 2 separately.
* Step 3: Confirm the tour
After sending the booking form to us, you will immediately receive our e-mail with the details of your booking. And then, we create the full proposal tours with the availability of all its services, and we will reply within 24 hours by email with brochure.
If all services are available, we will send you an e-mail with details of services, including hotels, transfers, cost, deadline etc.
If you choose our service tailored tour, we will send you a proposal with itinerary for your consideration.
* Step 4: Payment Process
After the tour confirmation, we will send the guideline for the payment; we accept payment via two main ways: bank transfer or OnePay – secure online payment gateways for Visa, Master & Amex.
– First deposit: 30% of total amount.
– Second deposit: 50% of total amount before 45 days arrival.
– Final payment: the rest of 20% will be paid by US$ Cash on arrival.
It applies cancellation policy after you make the payment.

After getting your payment, we will send you detailed documents: flight tickets, hotel booking code, visa letters….
When will my reservation be confirmed?
After deciding to book a tour package or cruise, you need to pay a first deposit. Once received your deposit, we will book all the internal flights, hotels, tour guides and transfers for you.
If all of the services are booked successfully, we will send you a confirmation email including a deposit invoice and other useful information. However, in case the services are fully booked, we will inform you and suggest similar options.
When you receive confirmation email, it means your reservation is confirmed.
Do we need a confirmation code?
After receiving your deposit, we will send you an email of confirmation code detailing all flights, hotels or resorts. The reservation codes should be shown when you check in or use the services. Your passport is needed to verify when you do check in hotel, cruise and flight..
How can I make a payment to Viet Prestige Travel?
At Viet Prestige Travel, we have four secure payment gateways for the clients. You can choose one of them, when you confirm the bookings with us.
Option 1 – Bank Transfer: We highly recommend all clients to pay us with a big amount from USD 1000 up. Please be noted that all transaction fee will be paind by client’s side. Ask our sale about Viet Prestige Travel Account.
Option 2 – Credit card: (3% bank fee for Visa, Master and 4% for American Express – pay online via Onepay system, or Letter of Authorization & POS): we will send you a payment link to pay through One pay, or you can pay through POS when we meet directly in Hanoi.
Option 3 – Cash: avoid bank fee for balance payment on arrival, we definitely accept cash in VND, USD, AUD, EUR, but exchange rates will be applied by our local bank.

How can I pay through Onepay?
We connect with the OnePay Payment Gateway (www.onepay.vn) to accept Online Payment by most major debit and credit Cards. Represents MasterCard to provide online payment solution to the enterprises in Vietnam, OnePAY payment portal meets standards of international financial system such as PCI DSS of PCI Security Standards Council, 3D-Secure of Visa, MasterCard and JCB. Your card information will be processed advanced security system and not stored at our database(merchant).
Once you have agreed with the services and price, we will send you an invoice via a secure link for online payment by email. Just click to the link and follow instructions as below to pay online by credit cards we will need your billing address, telephone number, full name as in your passport to create the invoice.

* Online payment password will be required if you have enrolled 3D-Secure Program for your card with the Issuer Bank namely Verified by Visa for Visa card, Master Card Secure Code for MasterCard, and J- Secure for JCB Card.
3- Last step: Transaction result
Please wait for few seconds for the transaction result from OnePay payment gateway. We will send you an email to inform you the Order status and the transaction result.
If you input correct card information but receive no transaction result from the payment gateway or us, do not try to make other payment. Please contact us for the transaction result and confirmation of the order.
Your transaction may be occasionally not successful as:
1. You have input in correct card information
2. You have not input enough credit balance (daily or monthly)
3. Your card has not been activated for online payment. You should contact the Issuer Bank for the card activation.
Important Note*: you must be the card owner. So in some cases, we would require you to provide us copied of your Passport and credit card. This is just to ensure the card is yours. How about Vietnam Visa, Cambodia Visa and Laos Visa?
VISA TO VIETNAM:
To enter Vietnam you need:
– A passport valid for 6 months beyond your travel date.
– A visa for Vietnam – usually either a Tourist Visa or a Business Visa but other classes are available.
– Visas may be either 3, single-entry or multiple-entry as requested at time of application.
– Two (2) recent passport-size photos.
Visa
Almost all visitors to Vietnam need a visa to enter the country, although some qualified exemptions apply for citizens of those countries with bilateral reciprocal agreements with Vietnam. Depending upon the nationality and passport of the applicant, a tourist visa may be granted for thirty (30) day stay in Vietnam.
Visa on arrival
The easiest way is to get your visa through a licensed Vietnamese Travel Company, such as Viet Prestige Travel. We can quickly and efficiently organize your pre-arranged visa on-arrival if you wish. Visa exemptions: are applied for citizens of:
– Thailand, Philippines, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia and Laos (Not more than 30 days)
– Japan and South Korea, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland (Not more than 15 days)

– Full name – exactly as stated in your passport
– Date and Place of Birth – exactly as stated in your passport

– Nationality – this must be the same as the passport to be used for those with more than one nationality

– Your proposed/actual Entry and Exit dates for Vietnam

VISA TO CAMBODIA:
All Foreign Visitors are now able to obtain the Cambodia visa upon arrival at the airport. It is no longer necessary to get the visa stamp at the Cambodian Embassy before your visit. Just prepare the following documents:
– A Passport Photocopy
– 1 photos (3 x 4 cm)
– US$ 30 Cash for tourist visa fee (Paid directly to the Immigration)

By Land
Travelers can travel to/from Cambodia by land through Aranyapathet-Poipet Border and Trat-Koh Kong Border of Thailand and Moc Bai – Bavet Border of Vietnam. Cambodia Visa Validity: 30 days from the date of issue, *NOT* from the date of entry.
Visa Extension
Travelers who would like to prolong their stay in Cambodia may extend their visa at the Department of Immigration situated just opposite the Pochentong Airport. The visa may be extended for 30 days at the cost of USD 25.
Some travelers have reported that the visa extension for another one month was no longer possible, since the middle of June 2000. If you expect to stay more than a month, better get a Business visa at one shot for USD 25 with three months validity.
VISA TO LAOS:
Visa is required by all nationalities. Visa is usually delivered by Lao Embassies or is issued at any International entry gates to Laos, including International airport of Vientiane, Luang Prabang and Pakse. The visa form is available at immigration counter; please bring along with you two (2) color photo (passport size). The fee is quoted from US$8 to US$42 per person valid for 30 days. However, the procedure of getting a visa changes from time to time. Laos accept free visas for some ASEAN Member Citizenship.

How about tour package cancellation & fee?
All cancellations must be received in writing, sent to us by email and any tour cancellation after confirmation will be charged 10% of total price. The following rules apply for cancellations:
+ 60 days before arrival: 20%
+ 30-59 days before arrival: 45% cancellation charge
+ 15-29 days before arrival: 65% cancellation charge
+ 8-14 days before arrival: 85% cancellation charge
+ 7 days or less cancellation notice: No refunds
(*** Non refundable deposit and banking service fee will be forfeited in all cancellation cases.)
NOTES: if you book a single services such as Mekong River Cruise, Halong Bay Cruise, the cancellation policy will be different depending on the cruise’s policy. Kindly ask our Sales Executive for more details.
How can I get a credit card refund?
When you make a online payment with your credit card via Onepay, of course we will pay a refund for you via Onepay. All credit card refunds will be processed in timely manner. The refund processing depends on your billing cycle with the credit card company. Once the refund instructions leave our office, it can take from 15-45 working days for the refunds to arrive in your account. Please notice that the refunds will be made in the form of a credit to your card account.
