DEMO How about tour package cancellation & fee?

All cancellations must be received in writing, sent to us by email. Any tour cancellation after confirmation will be charged 10% of total price per group/booking plus the cancellation charge applied from the airlines (if any). The following rules apply for cancellations:

• 60 days prior to the arrival date: Cancellations charge of 20% plus the cancellation fees applied by the related services suppliers such as airlines, hotels, cruise company, train,… in accordance with their cancellations policies signed with our company if any.
• 31 – 59 days prior to arrival date: Cancellations charge of 35% per group/booking and plus the cancellation fees applied by the related services suppliers such as airlines, hotels, cruise company, train,… in accordance with their cancellations policies signed with our company if any.
• 15 – 30 days prior to arrival date: Cancellations fee of 50% per group/booking plus the cancellation fees applied by the related services suppliers such as airlines, hotels, cruise company, train,… in accordance with their cancellations policies signed with our company if any.
• 7 – 14 days before arrival: Cancellations fee 70% charge plus the cancellation fees applied by the related services suppliers such as airlines, hotels, cruise company, train,… in accordance with their cancellations policies signed with our company if any.
• Less than 7 days before arrival Or No show: 100 % charge per group/booking.

(*** Non refundable deposit and banking service fee will be forfeited in all cancellation cases.)

NOTES: if you book a single service such as Mekong River Cruise, Halong Bay Cruise, the cancellation policy will be different depending on the cruise’s policy case by case. Kindly ask our Sales Executive for more details.

Refund of Unused Services

• No refund will be given for any unused service after the trip has commenced.
