“To start off, our tour guide was awesome. She spoke excellent English and told us plenty of funny stories to keep us entertained. On the cruise, the captain and all the crew members were all very friendly and professional while also taking the time to chat with you and get to know you as well. The food was delicious and always served promptly. In terms of activities, the spring roll lesson was good though it would have been nice to have some more plates ready so that everyone could get in on it at once – not a huge deal though. The pearl farm and cave were cool, but our favorite was kayaking. The rooms were clean and so was the top deck, which was a great place to relax during down time. Get a room with a balcony! So peaceful to sit out with a coffee while you travel through Halong Bay.”

Overview

Gray Line Halong is one of the few cruises in Halong that has classical oriental decoration and modern amenities. The cruise has 3 decks and 14 luxury cabins decorated with oak-wooded walls and floors in a botique style. Each room has huge windows, sea-view bathrooms and private balcony, especially the VIP suites are designed with private sunbath areas with restricted access. DAY 1 Hanoi - Bai Tu Long Bay

07:45 – 08:15: Pick up at hotel

12:15: Embark at Tuan Chau Marina pier (Tuan Chau island, Halong city). Enjoy complimentary drink at Gray Line private lounge.12: 30: Transfer to Gray Line Halong Cruise by tender. Welcome drink, followed by cruise briefings. Check in your cabins.

13:20: Enjoy a great set lunch. Relax on sundeck and grab the unparalleled scenery of Halong Bay while cruising ahead to the Bay. Cruise through Hoa Cuong floating fishing village.

15:00: Visit Titop island. There you can choose to do many interesting activities such as sunbathing, swimming or conquering the peak of the biggest island in Halong.

.16:00: Challenge yourself at Luon Cave by kayaking.

17:00: Go back to Gray Line cruise for relaxation. Enjoy fantastic view of Halong Bay on the sundeck at dusk.

18:30: Join Cooking demonstration on the sundeck. Learn how to make the fresh/fried spring rolls from our chef.

19:30: Enjoy fabulous buffet BBQ dinner (available for group 15 pax and above+) served with a variety of Vietnamese and Western foods.

21:00: Evening activities: watching film at the outdoor bar, playing board and Card games; squid fishing on boat. Enjoy squid cooked after fishing

DAY 2 Thien Canh Son cave - Bai Tu Long Bay - Hanoi

09:30 – 10:30:Come back to the cruise. Check out cabin. Relax on the sundeck or in the dining room to enjoy the bay scenery on the way back to Tuan Chau pier. Farewell Lunch served on board.

11:45: Disembark at Tuan Chau Marina. Relax at Gray Line private lounge. Transfer back to Hanoi.

I had a great time

Overall the trip was excellent.
– Long Bay and the Islands are amazing, but the quality of the Gray line cruise ship and the care of its staff just made it that bit more special and enjoyable
– My luxurious cabin with its little balcony were just perfect.
– I loved the trip to the Vung Vieng fishing village and relaxing on the sun deck in the evenings
– I’m very glad about our choice to Halong Bay with Gray line.

Lovely cruise with lovely staff
– I liked the ship a lot, the room was great, very comfortable and I slept well.

Excellent cruise of Halong Bay
– We went on a 2D/1N cruise of Halong Bay, booked via Viet Prestige Travel.
– The communication with the agent while arranging the itinerary was very rapid and efficient.
– The trip itself was very well-managed and it was a beautiful experience cruising down the bay with a very enthusiastic guide.
– Viet Prestige also arranged our stay in Hanoi for 2 separate nights, one before and one after the Halong Bay cruise.

Gray Line Cruise along Halong Bay
– Visiting Vung Vieng fishing village was the best part of our trip around Halong Bay.
– The cabin was clean and spacious (could sleep 4 persons).
– The food served was 5 star quality and the best I tasted in my entire trip to Vietnam.
– Kayaking was the most memorable activity for me, besides eating great food.
– The cruise allowed us to make friends from around the world and that made the cruise even more special.
